How does a whole-house rental work?

You rent the entire house privately — no other guests. Ideal for groups, families and long stays.

Is check-in self-service?

Most houses use self check-in / check-out. Key collection details are sent after your reservation is confirmed.

Can we BBQ or have a bonfire?

Many houses have a garden where BBQ and bonfires are possible. Please follow the house rules for fire safety.

Can we bring our own food and drinks?

Yes. Kitchens are fully equipped (fridge, microwave, cookware, tableware), so you can cook freely. Seafood sets and BBQ sets can also be arranged.

Is there a minimum number of guests?

It depends on the house — some are offered as private rentals from 5 guests. Please check each house page, or ask us.

Are long stays / workations possible?

Yes. Several houses suit extended stays, with discounts for longer bookings. Please enquire via the reservation form.

How do we make a reservation?

Send a reservation request from the form on the Reserve page. Our team will follow up to confirm availability and details (English support by email).

How do we get there?

Each house page shows travel times and a map. Kaga-Onsen Station and Komatsu Airport are the main gateways; a car is convenient for getting around.
